Terms and conditions
All appointments booked at Tuhi Clinic are subject to Cancellation Policy as explained below.
- If you are unable to attend your appointment you agree to cancel or reschedule your appointment before 3 working days. You can email us on email@example.com or Text at 07910815304 to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
- After you have contacted us for cancellation you will receive a confirmation via a text message and/or an email. If you do not receive a confirmation, your message may not have reached us. In such cases you must contact us again as you may still be charged if your message does not reach us.
- If you cancel or reschedule the appointment within 3 working days of your scheduled appointment or if you do not attend the scheduled appointment, you agree to pay a Fee of £150.00
- You understand that appointment reminder services provided by the clinic is a complementary service. However, it is your responsibility to remember the appointment & attend the appointment on the day.
Please note: If original appointment was made within 3 days of the actual day of the appointment and if it is cancelled or rescheduled, you may be liable to pay the cancellation charges.
All treatments require a face to face consultation and will require a comprehensive health questionnaire completed by the patient.
All consultations are subject to a booking fee to secure the consultation.
Some treatments include a follow up assessment after treatment at no additional cost.
Before and after pictures will be taken for all treatments and may be used for marketing unless otherwise agreed.
Dr Bhavjit Kaur reserves the right to refuse treatment if the patient is not medically fit to receive the treatment required or if it is in the patients best interests not to deliver the treatment.
Payments can be made via credit or debit card, bank transfer or cash payment.
Pricing of treatments is subject to change at any time.
